The music, the pomp, the choirs, the beauty and message of the whole thing was a cellular experience and spirit-changing. How you could sit through that and not be changed is a mystery. Congratulations to Great Britain for an outstanding coronation ceremony. I am an American and proud to be one, but I don't think that our country will ever have a beautiful ceremony and service like the one I watched !!!

I'm certain that the Princess of Wales oversaw the design of her and Charlotte's outfits and brilliantly allowed Charlotte the most grown-up moment in her life, which she seemed to fully appreciate and relish. The similar dress and headpiece designs both demonstrated their places in the monarchy and their rock-solid mother-daughter bond. King Charles looked absolutely bored during his mother's coronation. Prince Louis held up very well, but I noticed someone wisely took him out during the second half before he could get bored enough to act out. Even as young children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte were 100% engaged during the entire event and their behavior today will be remembered as superlative for the rest of their lives. The same can be said of the young Pages of Honour, all peers in age and who I'm sure all know each other well. An example has now been set of including children in the coronation that I'm sure will be repeated in the future in some way. And what about the youngest choristers, who appeared similar in age to the Pages of Honour? Amazing performances by one and all. Princess Charlotte frequently appears to be her mother's Mini-Me, especially today, but at the same time she is definitely already the Princess Royal's ini-Me as well! Did you notice her trying to share her Order of Service book with Prince Louis during one of the hymns to help him sing along? The Prince and Princess of Wales and the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh took the very best of their upbringings and combined forces to be incredible parents whom the world now looks up to for parenting tips because they have raised such stellar children.

We are the lucky ones to see the coronation take place. Wishing the King a peaceful and smooth reign. All the Royals looked so well dressed as well as the congregation in church. The mass was so lovely & touching. The children of Prince William and Catherine looked so smartly dressed and so were they as usual looking so good. Bless them all includind Harry & his family.
