They are both very, very intelligent, which is often a handicap when it comes to finding a life partner/spouse. They have many interests in common ,but the most important one was that by picking Mary, with her typical Scottish reserve. he found, first a friend, and then the love of his life, in someone he described as his soul-mate.His brother has found a similar soul mate in his wife ,in his second marriage. Being brought up by nannies and servants made them vulnerable and lonely in their private lives. They all deserve their happiness.

They replaced the duke and duchess of Cambridge as my favorite royals. I still like them but I find CP Frederick and CP Mary more natural and endearing. They are affectionate even in public and I like that. Anyway Denmark is very lucky to have such a wonderful royal family. From a woman in Texas!

Cindy Reynolds. I agree totally with your comment. Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark and Princess Mary are both very well prepared to be the next King and Queen Consort of Denmark. Crown Prince Frederik has a military background and has a degree in Political Science and Princess Mary in Business and Law having worked in companies while single. They are very intelligent, so they just need to be very healthy and continue the Reign of Queen Margaret II of Denmark, which will certainly give them the appropriate advice that the experience will allow them to have in order to maintain the protocol rules of the Monarchies.

It's really wonderful to see a Crown Royal Couple like Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark and his wife Princess Mary. They are an example of what a Royal Couple should be in a Modern and Democratic Monarchy. By their behaviour and work already done , they are one of the best Royal Couples , who will be , in the future, a King and Queen Consort i, who are a true support for the economic and social development and promotion of a truly democratic country.

Maybe not magical, but moreso spiritual. The fact that this fortune teller could see Mary's destiny is just further proof of this. Whatever you see manifesting in the physical has already occurred in the spiritual.

Return to Prince Frederick choice. What some may not see is The Scandinavian Royals began after World War Two,was turning to marry choice of people, not just other Royals only. And , became one with their people. Another thing , some don't understand about Danish, or Scandinavians, they walked away from Victorian Era, narrow thinking, and married out off Love. Dated on their own. It did not mean they were loose, but had freedom to choose. Denmark had its own sad story about arranged marrying past. One was Caroline Mathilde,an arranged marriage to a sick King. From that tragedy they learned , to change. That is the future for humanity. Mary's story is Romantic, but the bigger picture is it's humanity. The story off a Beautiful family. And it all began with Queen 👑 Margrethe. Her marriage, her family. All Scandinavian Royal houses followed this trend. Then others. My own family is literally Danish , Norwegian, and Swedish, and now American. At some point, my late oldest son, was engaged to a Chinese girl. Her father a Diplomat, mother proffesors a Bejieng University. My son in his short life had some incredible talents and experiences, travels. And, my youngest too, very involved socially and business wise . I hope their example , Mary's and Fredrick, Joakim and Marie, will keep inspiring others, as we open up again, after Covid 19.🇩🇰👬🇺🇲🇸🇪🇦🇽😎❤️🌅

Sinto não entender , pois acho o casal lindo e também toda a família , filhos lindos . Tinha uma simpatia especial pelo rei , que faleceu no mesmo ano que meu pai. A rainha é de uma simpatia !!!!
