I am a trained cook and when I visited my Pampangan relatives, the women wouldn't even allow me in the kitchen so I can watch and learn. I feel privileged watching this video. You are such a beautiful woman, much more than that Nadia Montenegro whose video I was watching in my research to make my all-time favorite dish. If I were to marry a Filipino woman, I would hope that she had all of your fine qualities. No matter how far I stray from my birthplace, I will never forget the dish my mother would eat when she was pregnant with me. Hi tita! Ganyan din po ang way ng mom ko. She also likes to use the thick noodles. And hinahalo nya din ang chicharron sa noodles and i remember she wants a lot of chicharron. Natitiyak ko na maraming Natutong magluto dahil sa panonood sa iyo. Salamat ng marami at naibabahagi mo ang iyong kaalaman. Isa lang ang na pansin ko, ang pag gamit mo ng sakit ang “siya” . Di ba pwede na ululato na po natin ang mga ito. Kasi ang siya ay pan tuloy sa May buhay tulad ng tao , ala gang hayop o pet o halaman.
