I'm the #1 anti-Suttering John individual, but he 100% made his move to Leno the right way. Wig probably would have offered him a fraction of what he got and it's likely he would have killed the deal just because he's that type of guy. That's how job searches work: you find a better offer and then you give notice.

Yep. As annoying and sneaky as John was there was really no other way to take the position with Leno without risking it being submarined by Howard. Make no mistake...Howard didn't want anyone to succeed outside of his sphere of influence. He had hangups about not being accepted by mainstream media and Hollywood and wore it on his sleeve. Perhaps I would feel the same way if I had his experiences but objectively he just comes across as a cheap self centered narcissist. Strange dude but when he was on his A game just hilarious.

i hate SJ but he played his cards wisely here. SJ was around to see Billy West get stiffed, to see Jackie get lowballed, and he knew these people would never in a million years pay him 10 times more. Case in point he hired Sal n Richard on the cheap n those guys are still broke. Howard sits on his millions and calls anyone disloyal who leaves to make more cash.

What a bunch of B.S. This is so infuriating. There is NO way John wouldve been able to tell Howard that he wants more money because Leno is offering or that hes leaving and going to Leno and depart amicably with everyone there. Howard hates anyone that leaves. He hates anyone that wants more money. Tom Chiusano is just as greedy. Artie left amicably and everyone cut him off. Robin holds grudges like a child too. Look how they treated Jackie and how they speak about him. Howard had John working for free and abused him nonstop then felt back stabbed when John left? John did the right thing. Its every man for himself in that studio. Look how they fired the E! Crew and the news department. Absolutely disgraceful. They have some nerve to talk about loyalty. If John had spoken about this to them, he wouldve been fired for considering leaving. "Leno wouldnt want you if it wasnt for me" obviously employers want someone with great experience. If tou really care about a coworker or a friend, why not be happy for them moving on to do better things and become successful? Why get angry? Its not like john was such a big asset. Why get all jealous and bitter like a woman? They dont care about John. Theyre just incredibly sensitive, whiny, drama queens.

There is no leaving on good terms when it comes to the baby king wiggy...... you're either on his side or you're against him...... the fact is Stuttering John had gone as far as he could go at K-Rock.... he was never going get more than 90k per year.... I've had employers tell me before that if I wanted to raise why didn't I just ask as if I hadn't been looking for a raise for the last 2 years...... it's manipulative they're trying to put guilt on you as if you overreacted and made a rash decision without talking to someone even though you've been letting on that there were issues for years now
