State of Survival is a mobile strategy game where players build and defend their own post-apocalyptic settlements against hordes of zombies and other players. In this game, heroes play a crucial role in helping players to survive and thrive in this dangerous world.
Here is a tier ranking of the hunter heroes in State of Survival, from best to worst:
S-Tier Heroes: These heroes are the cream of the crop, possessing exceptional abilities and skills that make them incredibly powerful and versatile in any situation. They are the most sought-after heroes in the game and are essential for tackling the toughest challenges.
A-Tier Heroes: These heroes are strong and reliable, possessing useful skills and abilities that can help players in a variety of situations. They are not quite as powerful as the S-Tier heroes, but they are still excellent choices.
B-Tier Heroes: These heroes are solid choices, possessing decent skills and abilities that can help players in certain situations. While not as powerful as the higher tier heroes, they can still be useful in the right circumstances.

Yes jump I'm on gen 9 right now and honestly not impressed maybe a video with heros rally joiners should use would be cool and do you think they will change bunker rewards and plague zone rewards soon?

How do we use this chart? For example, it seems like you’re saying to use Roxy as your go-to hunter over all other hunters in your first PvP march, once you unlock her. Do hero skills always trump stats? If I have both Tina and Roxy maxed, should I use Roxy first even though I’ll lose a bunch of stats? I know I’m late to this party, but I hope you’ll see this. I’ve seen a lot of videos/messages about raw information, but very little on how to put it to use.

I'd like to know too. I have a far better hunter hero with 1000+ attack but Roxy is only 800...?

Hey guys. Sorry for the late response. Chart is based on strength of skills. Early on (pre behemoth) these are usually the best heroes for garrisoning. In general for attack, the higher the stats the better (with some exceptions). This is mostly to give an idea to F2P, low and even mid spend to what heroes to invest in and which not. Hope this gives a better idea. Feel free to message on Discord :)

Lets say i got a maxed roxy and a maxed luca, who will be better? New gen gets better stats but how does it go skill wise? Who will eventually win the battle? Pvp, ac battles, bunkers, cc svs etc etc etc

Correct. I only focus on gold heroes here. Purples get useless pretty quick. Nanami however is good for trap

I don't agree with your heroes rank, just for f2p save your biocaps, only buy 1st generation frags on voucher and do pz every day until gen 13 come to your state, those heroes are powerfull!!! They can kill 7mil troops in one hit

Yup, but… Limitless only arrives 2.5 years into the game. You can’t survive on Sarge and Rusty for that whole period

@JUMP has a habit of forgetting some heroes here and there, and forgetting to place heroes he actually mentioned in the ranking graph. It's always been like that. Zoe is one example in this vid.
