When I was in the Pen in the early 80s, the guy that ran the wing told me something I've always remembered, especially after hearing the same from Wes. There's only 2 kinds of fights, 1 worth walking away from, or 1 worth killing over. Nothing in between.

Love You Wes. In every relationship, the man set up expectations and rules from the start. If the woman breaks any of these, she must be called out on it. Maybe an existing expectation needs a little tweak. If the man wants something else from her, he must ask her explicitly. The answer is almost always 'yes'. We usually hurt others when we are unconscious in thoughts of the past (usually trauma that still needs more work), that bring up negative emotions.. instead of realizing all our blessings in the present moment. Either we are engaged fully in the present, or we are doing shadow work. (I remind myself "is what I'm doing now or thinking now getting me into my Love and Passion of life". If something bothers me more than once, it probably needs work). Some of our own deep pain needs a 3rd, 4th.. round of forgiveness of the mother especially, and then the father. This pain is so deep that we get some out, think it's gone.. and then still have some anger a little later and are confused why. These take time to heal and is a multiple-day process usually. So we forgive others, give the "past hurt self" all the Love it needed, that the current self can now give fully. Forgive the ignorant "past self" who hurt others and no longer exists. Love the current self always. We know our True Self, the one who NEVER breaks character, never wants to hurt anyone. These people were our potential friends, but we chose to find everything we didn't like about ourselves in THEM because they reminded us of our own past weakness or past hurt. True Self sees the highest potential in everyone! To further empathize, we put ourselves in the lives and shoes of the people we hurt. We BE that person for a few seconds, temporarily. What it's like to live their lives, and then encounter "Past version us" and be hurt by us. One's cellie could've been us had we never had mentors and learned Self-Love, instead staying humiliated throughout his whole life even in prison. The one guy who knows the same pain we know, who our True Self would see his potential and love as a brother. We pay our karmic debt and say "sorry" (I possibly have one more to give). We're most fearful and want more Love when we lash out. It hurts when one is on the receiving end :/ We've all been both of those past cellie's- the one doing the hurting and the one that's been hurt. We end the cycle with Love. We heal ourselves, then radiate love outwards. I've failed many times and probably will sometimes in the future- but just maximize Love everyday and it will radiate outwards. See others as ourselves who took a different path due to different life circumstances. That could've been us. Anyway, I'll continue to speak my truth and get quicker/more effective at it. Love You, Wes. everyday. Love, Respect and Gratitude.

I fucking love it brother this the energy I needed your right , trying to debate weed is stupid . Trying to convince my mind of something my heart knows is a lie that this is good for me and in reality it's not . I feel that story like a MF . Telling yourself and seeing in your reality that those pills were stupid and the situation you got yourself was stupid and then still somehow still getting them and doing them after you just told yourself you need to stop . That's the exact loop I'm in and I just need to be extremely accountable to it that will bring me discipline let's fucking go .

It turns out a lot of what the Bible says is just basic shit. A lot of my personal convictions align with the Bible but I didn't get them from the Bible. Do I want someone busting my wife's cheeks? No, so I won't bust another person's wife's cheeks. Do I want to be murdered? No, so I don't murder other people. The Bible didn't teach me that. That's just basic shit a lot of people naturally think and live by. Quite believing in fairy tales.

@@kitten-whisperer The reason why you’re able to have discernment between that is because you are in fact made in the image of God , so tell me what is TRUTH , because if there are no absolutes then as human beings we can do whatever we want and not have to be held accountable for it , but there is truth and his name is Jesus and he is coming . He loves you he died for you and all you have to do is believe in his name and give him your life and you can watch the truth prosper from there in your life

Bro at 5 minutes you hit the hammer on the nail. If you keep your energy level low, angry, vibrating at a lower level then you will keep putting that energy into the universe. I am still trying to undue, fix, redo, or put different energy out into the world to hopefully heal that which I have done thereby loosing the love of my ex.

West your video's, stories and truth is the realist thing I've heard in a long time. I only know one real MF that has walked the hard road and i do look up to him and you've got the energy to express to me that I know I've been slipping mentally. I've started to stop smoking smokes, I've hit up the gym again and begun my path towards a better self and im starting to enjoy being myself and being a better father to my son. So in this comment I'm saying Thankyou for telling the truth.

I've done time here in NC (only a little under 3 years) and I usually avoid the ex con mentality vidoes but I did give your videos a chance, and man I love your advice and messages. Some people get locked up and they come out either a better criminal or a better person, i feel like you help teach ppl to be a better person with legitimate advice and enough contagious energy that it works. Keep it up bro!

Wes dude what you said about your subconscious thoughts needing to be in line with your desired outcome was real as fuck. I work hard and do my best and keep a smile going but inside I'm full of hate for everyone and everything. Shit that is petty and really doesn't matter. Judgemental bullshit. Thank you for those words because I really needed to hear that.
