11 years. Started at usp marion. They turned it into a chomo camp. Smahed on one to get tf out of there. Went to fci el reno. Massive weight pile there. Still was on burpies, navy seals, lunges around the entire track. Loved that shit. I ran the extreme fitness program. That shit is discipline. Been out now 5 years and with that i now already have a 300,000 dollar house and a 15000 car and 30000 truck with a wife and kid. With a strong mind you leave that place and make it.
