Personally I’d like to thank you for these videos as they keep me psyched and focussed on continuing to lead a positive life. About 15 months ago I quit alcohol and pills. I also lost 40lbs of dead weight and I’m in the best shape I’ve been in since I was a teenager and I’m now middle aged. I also stopped eating shitty empty calorie crap. My mind is sharp once again and I am in touch with myself. Some days are hard and I can feel a bit exhausted...so I rest and take of myself and when I see videos like yours it gets me amped to get back in there conquer these ugly challenges I sometimes face.
