From the REAL JON DOUGH... yeah, you are right. It’s some dude talking some shit and bitching cause you dont pay him. Dont believe it? Try to message this dude and DONT enroll in his ‘program’... let me know how that shit works for ya. I’m my own motivation, and no I’m not a fuck up that has to go to fukkin prison to listen to prison studdering ‘keys to the yard’ Bullshit. Like a fukking stupid ass 3rd grader telling 1st graders how to ‘program’. Get new shit! You ain’t even worth listening to! I’m a double professional and I’ve never been to the pen. Who the fukk do we listen to? A locked up ass idiot, or a never been and made it anyway success story? Argue your unimportant ass side. Self talk or shut the fuck up and get shit done. Yeah, you need a job I’ll work ya. Shut up and put in work when you have the choice to do dumb shit... I’ll be impressed then.

The hardest thing about success is the fact that no one is forcing anyone to do anything. It's easier to just go play video games than it is to go advertise for your new company and work. One is instant gratification which has no reward in the long run and the latter is hard at first but has great rewards later on. Self motivation, positivity, and control is key to success. Savage AF Wes.

We were on the bear mountain series and we used to call it broke back mountain around wes because he was dating a fellow boarder the whole time. Super friendly guy who everyone got along with. He was not tough at all tho and we were fine with that. We got into a brawl at the lodge one night and he took off running. It was a runnibg joke amongst the squad but no one really cared cause that's just the way wes got down. If this is what prison does to you it must be an absolute savage place. Wes , if you read this , it's dave from Fresno. I hope you're doing good. Much love.

If im being completely honest, i initially started watching Wes Watson videos for the prison stories and how workouts aee done in prison and what not but then i discovered the amount of knowledge and wisdom he puts into his content on the topic of positive thinking and sharing his experiences and how negativity had effected his life and found myself changing my attitude bit by bit and low and behold i found my own life changing for the better and began to watch my own negative attitude start to turn around. I was having issues blaming everyone else for my lack of success, it branched into having problems finding motivation to train again and then found it was even effecting my personal relationship, my life was getting worse and worse and suddenly this mans influence has really turned it around for me, wes thank you and please keep it coming, youre like the life coach i needed to find at a time in my life where i was close to losing everything i love. Currently im back on top of my game training and busting my ass and knocking out some of the best tattoos ive ever done for my clients over am 18 year career. Thank you for everything wes!

IMO the contrast between "positivity" and "negativity" is where the magic happens. Being 100% positive with zero pain is the living hell where nihilists exist. We don't intentionally shoot for rock bottom, but after surviving it a whole new world opens up. Contrasting viewpoints in effect help prevent fatal mistakes, as you said more or less.

Like “it’s been assigned to me BECAUSE I the one that needs to show set the bar for how it needs to be done” especially in the things that serve other people. I've had two different outlooks that helped me when I was inside and outside as well. One is knowing your mental strength and knowing you can mentally deal with any hardship that comes you way. The other was letting go of control. For religious people this might come easier because they can put their faith in God but letting go of control accepting that things are what they are and will be what they'll be and accepting you're just along for the ride will help a lot when your anxiety kicks and negative thoughts start creeping in. When I first saw your videos, my first thought "here's another one acting tough cause they went to prison" but after watching the video, you truly earned my respect. You didn't just go to prison get big and start acting hard. You used your time to grow mentally into a true leader, not a manipulator. I can see that it's sincere and genuine and I respect that you're using your experience in the pen to help others grow mentally and physically and you've helped motivate me to push myself harder and strive to be a better version of myself today than I was yesterday. Respect, Wes, from Philly, PA.

The morning is the best time for the spiritual and inner stuff man for sure. Just like you said you haven't been "bombarded" with the material side of the world and the other side of things. I feel the same way there's a different level of clarity in the morning.

wes again is 100% - this has been told in so many different forms and ways but the end point is the same. Put yourself into what you're doing...stop complaining about life and change it. That's why the old timers used to say that work would be your freedom or your "out" because when you're actually doing something meaningful and contributing to something larger than YOU and serving another more important cause than just YOU , it makes you proud and you want to do more and succeed.

You really helped me yesterday. I was watching one of your Walking The Yard videos I think it was and you talked about how when you start thinking negatively, you look at your mind working from a bird eye view and assure yourself "this isn't me" and I was being negative as fuck yesterday and did this and it helped me not to get dragged down to a shitty place in my head, and I was more productive and focused. Thanks for the wisdom Wes

The mentality you go on about Wes works well in business. A business associate turned me on to this channel and im subbed. Invaluable. Dealing with some high level bs in this is the mentality i needed to dive into to push through the horse shit. Thanks dude, looking forward to hearing more from you.

Wes your talks are so mysterious to me for too many reasons to mention here.... It leaves me speechless in a way except to say that I am fully convinced you're a sort of surgical instrument of God's by way of what you are doing.....The brutal healing discussion is something I look forward to every time I see a new vid of yours.... CHRIST BE W/YOU AND MUCH LOVE YOUR WAY!!!

Perspective is everything. Just like things look different depending on your distance, distance in time gives us a different perspective on situations. It's important to remember we might feel differently about a situation later down the road and if we think about things in the short-, medium-, and long-terms, we'll make better decision for ourselves.
