I was a dope addict for 15 years. I watched Wes a few weeks ago. Then I called the Drug Addiction service and said, "I want to get clean." They said I should go see them. Doctor prescribed me something called Suboxone. No high. No euphoria. I still crave, but, when I'm craving dope, I watch Wes and I listen. Now, I'm on the path to being FREE of the chains. I'm working toward the outcome, like Wes says. I'm working hard to restructure my life. In 6 months, I'll be off Suboxone, and free of addiction. The hard road, leads to the best outcome. If I hadn't watched Wes, I'd be still be shooting dope, and there is NO QUESTION, if I stayed shooting dope, I'd soon be dead. Thank you Wes. There's no two ways about it. You saved my life.

I’ll be 3 years sober April 1st but watching Wes made me realize that I’m slacking. Being sober isn’t enough, I eat like shit, stopped going to the gym, spend money immaturely and I’m not helping enough people. Time to level up. Thanks Wes.
@Gunter_Severloh
@Gunter_Severloh Жыл бұрын
As he says in his videos and his book, your "slacking" as you word it is because your lacking discipline, he says to have or gain discipline you need to sacrifice, remove things. Set yourself up so that your forced to go to the gym, forced to eat healthier, its like the old school saying, "out of sight, out of mind" No junk food in the house only greens, beef, eggs, salmon, and vegetables, then your forced to eat what you got, this is what i did. Working on a 3rd shift messes with your mind and i tried eating better to change my mood, thing is i found changing my diet entirely, exercising daily, and eating only 2 meals a day, among other things changed it for me. The number one thing is your self talk, this is what Wes's is pointing out in "being a witness" to yourself, step back in your own mind when confronted with things whatever they may be, and change the perspective, if you have watched some of his latest videos where he has a group of people at his place, he talks about changing your perspective through the "pump" Basically you feel like shit, you feel like your in a bad mood, you feel craving, you feel dumb, you feel whatever, change the perspective, how? With a pump, you can switch that negative bitch self talk to a positive talk/thoughts so that it works for you, get your ass down and exercise. I suggest getting his book, its on Amazon, he says the same thing there as in his videos, the guy dont say one thing in a video and then says something entirely different somewhere else, what he speaks runs across the board in all his videos. You can do it!

Thank for the commitment of striving to be a better human being everyday; in turn that will help others to become better human beings. With every video I watch I always get something positive out of it. I am programing to be a better human being on a daily. It is my hope that those around me will learn and adopt the same positive principles I do. IT'S TIME TO MAN UP!

you're the man Wes. I had a bad Xanax and coke problem and thankfully, am now in the Marines and over all that bullshit.. Definitely feel lucky that I didn't end up doing a bid like you because that was a legitimate possibility for a little bit. All the discipline based stuff you preach is stuff I re-run in my head throughout the day when I feel challenged. your videos motivate me man. keep sharing that solid life wisdom brother.

Whenever I am feeling like a failure, I put this video on and listen to it in complete silence. It gets me back on track every time. never was a truer word spoken. Surprising that this vid has so few views. And I bet most of them are people like me, watching it many times over! Wes’ work is very inspirational, considering where he came from, where he has been, and what he’s been through: consider what he is doing now!

Man You touch on so much truth here its nothing short of legendary. If there was a message i needed to hear more it was precisely this. My girl has been on her deathbed and needs heart surgery, 10 years hangin over her head, ive been dealing with chronic face pain homeless in minnesota winter stayin on a cot in the hispital with her. My best friend overdosed last year All because of heroin. I bust my ass at a shitty job gladly, doing everything i can to move forward and i do it alone. I would have it no other way and dont expect nothing from noone. But I just want to say i really admire what youre doin here Wes and i glean so many gems from what you're preaching that it gives me a solid sense of direction.

Wes, if you read this, thank you. This is exactly what I needed to hear. I recently quit drinking after years and years of being a bitch about it - thinking I could moderate when I knew I couldn't. Justifying it as work hard/play hard bullshit. Fuck that. It was running my life and if I don't keep it out then I'm too weak to even deserve my life. Thanks again.

Thanks Wes. I appreciate your videos. You help me in staying off methamphetamine and distribution to sustain it. I don't want to be in the pen but I'd go if I fck up out here. Thanks for these videos. They helped me to walk away from the game and work to change my life. That fast money was the easy way out. Now 15 years later, I'm taking the harder way. Reset at age 30, but I'm grateful, cuz I may have a second chance at life. Keep the content coming. This KZfaq is a gift. Peace big brother.
