Try walking the throttles instead of yanking them. It'll stop you from chasing the airspeed with bigger throttle movements

I like this highlight format, only suggestion I have is to make the cuts a little less abrupt. Maybe try to have soft transitions into the next segment and keep the titles as they are now. 👍🏾

I think the cutting could possibly be a bit better, but maybe that's just me. Watched the full video and it Looks like you had some nice views up there.
