@@alexanderchippel if you played it alot like i did u either made a ssave before u leave the vault or ur able to run through the tutorial in 20 min anyway, u can skip the GOAT test by talking to the teacher in the right way, not even speech or charisma needed, you just tell him to give you the test and ull fill it out before it starts

@@haidertrash9544 1. You shouldn't have to make a save. 2. That's still 20 minutes. Do you know how long it takes to get out of Goodsprings? Three minutes. Do you know how long it takes to get out of the census office in Morrowind? 60 seconds.

No see, if your had made your character look like an 18 year old version of Kowalski (fo3’s protagonist is 18 when they escape vault 101), the James would look like them a bit. Cue James pulling out his Service Rifle and pulling their labcoat off to reveal an NCR uniform 😂
