I installed mine in about 20 minutes, I know that the horsepower gains will probably be negligible but the intake noise is totally worth the price of admission. Product quality is fantastic and it’s a really clean install.

I haven’t installed the PRL Stage 1 intake for my 2018’ Honda Ridgeline because I’m patiently waiting on the PRL Duct to be shipped. Thanks for posting this! 👍🏽

I got my intake in few days ago .lol yes I installed mine .duct was just shipped out today can't wait .now continplating on deleting resonator or not

For the bottom bolt on the resonator box use a swivel socket at the end of a long extension it’s much easier. Just got this and the stage 1 kit installed on my ‘16 Pilot, I’m impressed with the quality and I do feel more torque off the line.

Works with the odyssey! holes don’t line up for the two push clips but it’s not like the tube is gonna go anywhere

I'm going to rent a dyno and put them up in the next few weeks on the forum. It's likely 2-3 hp/tq but intake noise for the price is worth

Yeah but you'll end up sucking more air from the engine bay side, so not really worth it

Has anyone experienced the engine having codes come up after installing it? I know people have installed AEM Intakes on Ridgelines and code come up all the time!

It shouldn’t trigger any codes

You will get engine codes if you do not disconnect your negative battery terminal prior to unplugging the map sensor. If you forget, all you have to do is disconnector negative battery terminal for a couple of minutes and then reconnect and everything goes back to normal.

i’m sorry but you guys gotta record in a little quieter spot or maybe when their isn’t some load obnoxious sound being made in the shop. that buzzing in the video is so annoying.

This is a working shop with machines and welders running almost non-stop. Finding a noise-free environment in this facility is virtually impossible.

Is the prl air intake tube the same dimensions as the stock one as far as angles where it goes into the airbox? Reason being im interested to see if I can use one with the aem CAI which is utilizing the stock air intake tube obviously. The stock tube lands right in front of the cone filter, so if the PRL one does the same I'll buy it thanks

I ordered the PRL intake tube and a AEM Dry air filter, instead of the PRL air filter, because I won't need to oil the AEM one... plus I've heard that the AEM dry filter is the best for air flow. So making mine a hybrid system. I was going to go with the whole entire AEM cold air setup, however after much research I've discovered that the hybrid setup I'm going with will give me more advantage... the reason being that the PRL intake system will allow me to still gain max air flow, BUT it will suck air from the front of the vehicle instead of the engine bay... and it'll still sound great under load with vtec! It will almost look stock as well.
