These analysis + interview videos are AAA...no, SSS+++ tier. Loved the parts where Footbox talked about his strategies for being on stage with Alexzinho. Alex is a battle monster, this video is super meaty.

Alexzinho did just enough in his first round not to be "slaughtered", but he basically threw the round, knowing he can come back harder in round 2. Another thing - I don't think Alex likes being actually mean. There's no "punchline" to the Show-go part bc he was already kinda funny by showing off the sounds he had prepared to counter Show-go, and then oops, it's not Show-go. Even his legendary front on Two-H wasn't mean, he didn't put Two-H down, he was just being a clown.

this just an opinion but i feel like footboxg style is suited for battling and its nice however i feel like he can have a better musicality for drops like river. i am nowhere near any of them but its just an opinion

Footboxg's first round is one of the best beatbox routines I've ever heard. I knew he was very good, but this totally killed it and made him on of my absolute favourite beatboxers.

Remember that technique isn’t just about how fast your beats your beats are, it’s about how intricate and complex they are, and how well they adapt to your style. So I was there live in Warsaw and the Belgium & The Netherlands (FootboxG & B-art) fansquad decided to group up for both battles and scream the name of the country where the artist is from as LOUD as we could! Never expected it to be this f'ng loud on Stream! Hahaha loved this battled and loved the brotherhood vibe! ESH

I think Alex meant that FBG didn't REALLY make it, and was only there as a replacement for a "better/more deserving" beatboxer. No punchline needed.

I think it's just clean falsetto voice. Like saying short "Uh"

Say "oop" inwards in the highest pitch you can manage, the sound should be very short and piercing and it should end abruptly when you get to the "p". It's going to hurt your throat a lot at first so rest a lot between practice sessions and don't practice for too long. I discovered it because I do an inward water drop noise cause I couldn't learn the regular one.
