How you plate food is almost as important as the food itself. We challenged Test Kitchen folks Brad, Molly, Andy, Priya, Chris, Gaby and Amiel to prepare and plate two full carrots in any way they wanted in just one minute.

I'm not here to see them fail. I hope that's not why they think Claire's series is such a success. I'm there to see her overcome obstacles and prevail. There was one episode where she gave up, which is the one true failure, and I hated that episode.

I love this thing that BA does, where they do challenges and then they show you quick results but they never analyze, they never announce a winner, they never judge . They always fall back to "it doesnt matter who chopped the fastest" or it "doesnt matter who plated the nicest" its just nice to see the process and learn and be entertained by these professionals.. Top notch... Really
