What if i DON’T do a 20-30 min HIIT/Cardio workout because, say, i’m on my rest day? Do you think I should do such workouts on a rest day?

Gotta keep your body working and moving. Your body is not as fragile as all these people are telling you. You need to get up and work (intelligently) everyday
