@@FootballClassroom Stop trying to talk about shit you know nothing about. 🤣 Theres 100 different things that can be wrong with a knee that all require slightly different treatments. Pushing yourself until failure is only good for strength building, if you have a torn ACL or something , you need to go to a doctor, not be doing exercises until failure.

I typically play an outside midfielder. My manager prefers a 4-4-2 vrs a 4-3-3. The latter allows me to play the ball forward to either the outside winger ahead of me or more inside to center attacker. In the 4-4-2. I seem too often isolated along the sideline & having to cover a lot of ground then backtracking to boslter D. Any insights? Thanks-KW
