In this video I react to Joe Bonamassa being interviewed by Rick Beato about the 5 solos that he thinks all guitarists should learn. #rickbeato #guitar

Hey, I'm from 'up north and we all LOVE mushy peas. Sometimes we accompany them with fish 'n chips.

I thought that after I said it..I was thinking curry sauce might be the choice….what do I know as a southerner ?….looks like I’m worse informed than JoBo😀

@@iamtjwalkerNorthener 101: Curry sauce is our traditional "dip" for a portion of chips, usually purchased in a plastic container from a chuck wagon after a gig. Mushy peas, however, require fish with your chips so the chuck wagon is out. And as the local chippies usually close at 7pm (eeee.... when I were a lad and Robin Trower had hair, they closed at midnight) you get those on the way to the gig.

These are the nuances I wasn’t aware of as a southerner!! I learn so much from doing these vids….this is the first food related thing I’ve learnt!! Thank you!!😀

@@iamtjwalker sometimes us cultured northerners despair of our uncultured southern brethren, with their posh Michelin-starred restaurants and gastropubs and designer food outlets..... PS fish 'n chip grease makes great nut lube.

I’m a softy southerner. Don’t leave me out. BUT the peas must be right. You’ll know what I mean 😄

With vibrato, I think slow is better, more in control, more musical, doesn't pull sharp. But fast gives a lot of tension if that's what you're looking for. Think of a slow Leslie.

I think you're right.....I do like Kossoff's very distinctive vibrato, but I like a slower one too!

Very entertaining, informative., and inspirational (you emulate -successfully - JB, and I then try to emulate you). You should do more of these "react" thingummies, as long as you react to inspirational guitarists and not tosspots (which, mentioning no names, limits your choice somewhat).

I enjoyed doing it too....I plan to do more.....as you say it's finding the right thing to react to.....mind you it might be entertaining to react to some less inspirational players!!
