In the nation's capital, a pro-lifer was sentenced to more than 4 years in prison for violating the FACE Act. This comes after Lauren Handy was part of a rescue at a local abortion business. Her attorneys say they will appeal the conviction. Lawyer from the Thomas More Society, Martin Cannon, joins to share how Lauren is doing and tells us why he says this conviction is "a miscarriage of justice". Lauren was arrested following a rescue attempt at an abortion business in August 2023. Cannon discusses what the pro-lifers did that day and why they are accused of violating the FACE act. He tells us more about how several other pro-lifers will be sentenced in DC this week.
