Demonstrators for a pro-Palestinian protest marched across the Memphis-Arkansas I-40 bridge Saturday, causing lanes to completely close.

Peaceful protests do not unlawfully hold innocent people against their will. They do not impede others from being able to get where they need to be. Blocking highways and bridges is against the law. The police should have put everyone out there in patrol cars and hauled them to jail and it shouldn’t take two hours of dealing with toddlers , asking them to move, you make them move.
