This Act does not mention religious protection. However, it is being incorrectly misinterpreted to threaten university presidents or students during campus protests against the genocide in Gaza as well as college faculty members with removal.claiming that their is a need to protect the religious rights of Jewish students who feel uncomfortable when they hear criticism of Israel or chants , such as , "Intifada, intifada " or "fron the river to the sea Palestine will be free." Politicians are unconstitutionally blocking protests because they do not like or agree with the message.
