The strawberry are so good, but you've no idea how much of a chocolate-coffee fiend I am. I don't see this flavor showing on the website yet though so I'm just clicking 'refresh' a lot. 😂 Since the last time you mentioned these I've lost 6 more pounds (total of 52 pounds). You do have to include exercise but holy mackerel it helps to have something yummy to munch on that's also healthy. Thanks for sharing!

High protein isnt necessarily keto. Excess protein metabolizes into glucose. You want high fat medium protein and low carb

Nope, feeling "not like it i need a day off" is not a reason to stop, it's the reason to get on the bench and press until you feel like if you don't resist you'll die early because this is what is is like. Use it or loose it.

I received the apple pie flavoring. I love it but a serving is 1/8 cup. That not a lot for 110 calories.

I would love to order Blazing Food products. I’ve put different products in the shopping cart over the past few years but never hit “buy” because of the shipping costs to Canada. It literally more than doubles the cost of the product and that’s before paying the currency difference. Is it the same for other countries outside the US? I’m wondering if there’s a solution to this problem. Does David Foy need a reseller in Canada? Thanks a bunch for all the great videos
