Interestingly, the two majorities are concentrated in tier b and tier A, and the minority in tier F and tier D, tier D composed mainly of brawlers who were good not long ago, and took Nerfs(Less barley)

I would argue Doug is great as an anti-assassin brawler that can protect more venerable carries. You should never lose to an Edgar or a Leon coming up on a teammate with a gadget. Sticking close to a thrower and help push up I’ve found works pretty well depending on the comp.

It's a good thing frank is getting a hypercharge next update hopefully he will be somewhat meta.

I agree qith what bobby said about charlie in his tier list. Now that her range is less she can get her yoyo back sooner and it makes her much more of a auto aim mash brawler than before and punishes less for missing.

That's because they meant Janet's super to be used mainly to pressure opponents rather than as an escape plan.

I feel like El Primo’s HC should have stunned or gain health. Like heal by 25% of max health for each target or stun for 0.5 seconds. Give it a new name as well like Ring Knockdown for stun and Atmos-smear for heal. And in the original it had a larger radius so give it that.

There are a lot of reasons to not trust adrian for balance changes. No Frank or Chester buff yet and how Lou's base stats were nerfed when his HC was broken. Even for other brawlers, things which doesn't matter (Janet's Super damage for example) are changed.

amber is one of the most underrated brawlers which i see almost no one pick in ranked. for example on every heist map in rotation she is an absolute demon with dancing flames + shes so consistent in every other gamemode (maybe not knockout).

I am far far away from pros, but on low tier I like Darryl and Doug to help the very aggressive and desperately Hypercharge seeking randoms. In different ranks the brawlers have different importance. This is true for kit in duels too.

they should probably add some mobility to doug super, that won't make him viable competitively but a bit more fun for the casual playbase

i might not be the target audience and this might be too much editing to ask for but an icon of the brawler you are talking about on sreen would be really helpful for a newer player like me who doesnt know all the names. i am trying to figure out from the gameplay but its hard especially with skins. they really need to revert the super charge nerfs and switch it onto the HC charge rate instead... maisie and lou were broken because of their hc not their super-plus, these changes were done before supercell decided it was okay for brawlers to have different HC charge rates

Idk if people have noticed this, but Janet's super REcharge rate has increased proportionally to the super damage buff. Now it takes 6 hits to fully REcharge her super instead of 8 previously.

While I agree with you on most of the takes here, I must argue that Griff is a high B to low S tier Brawler. The point you use to grade him as C is completely false, as he thrives in those 1 v 1 battles, especially with assassins and other close range brawlers, since his super and tight spread shotgun both deal insane single target dps. Even health isn’t an issue with his healing star power. It’s absolutely the most underrated brawler out there.

I actually used Maisie in KO in ranked and it was pretty good. I used the Pinpoint Precision SP and I could deal 2,5k damage with one shot. I think it's the best option when you face aggressive brawlers because of her gadget.

Apparently if you look closely back in brawl TV, you can actually see a Frank hypercharge so this might be interesting

What would make barley good and another really good brawler balanced is switching barley and pipers gadget because you can rename the piper gadget to sticky dough and barleys new gadget to stomach ack which knocks back and slows hhee

I mostly agree with everything. I would put Ruffs higher than C though. He’s used by pros quite a lot. The DPS is quite good if you hit both projectiles. Both gadgets and the super offer great utility to teammates

Chester has been so underwhelming for so long. And i think if they increase his supercharge, reduce his reload and buff the pop rocks super he would be excellent. As a Chester main i find that all of his supers separately are pretty weak. I think they need to all be able to stand on their own as a decent super for a brawler.

As a person who used doug a lot as a beginner, he isn't bad because he does like 2k damage per ammo and with the gadget 4k to 10k in solo showdown, and he can heal, (doug is still not a amazing brawler but the disrespect is insane) and there are only a few downsides I can name like no hypercharge, same attack as jacky but still not deserving of f tier.

Janet isnt that bad imo, have game sense and be ready to use either long or close range and you can manage.

In my opinion Chester is C/lower B with extra bell sp he can counter like every tanker in the game + can also kill kit when kit jumps on him mostly and same with Edgar fr (Edgar is unplayable in rankeds tho but i see him as decent Kit/short range brawlers counter)
