I'm so glad you guys reimplemented the bumper handle that the XR had! I like the pint style handle as well, but for general picking up and moving the board around it is so much more convenient.

I bought my GT last week and it is by far the best investment ever. I live here in Iowa and the weather sucks around 30 degrees but it isnt stopping me from shredding!

Pre=ordered almost a year ago - I am in Greece. The GT finally arrived and I started riding straight away, but when I stopped, the GT started going backwards and fell off a cliff. Truew story. NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER. As if it is my fault the bloody thing left on it's own! I used to love the OW - I have had 3 altogether. Now my job is to inform you people, that whatever happens to the GT becuase of Ghosting - it will be YOUR fault.

This really is super promising and exciting. I have good trust ya'll have built a truly great board. The biggest worry is the pushback profile because that is the one thing that IMO will absolutely ruin what otherwise seems to be excellent. For a board "for riders" it should respond as such, so pushback any stiffer than the XR is NOT a rider's board. Or OR OR, hear me out - make it adjustable. Put it buried deep in settings (with two confirmation modal dialogues) but allow a normal and an advanced pushback profile. Win win for safety and approachability, and also experienced riders who are able to push it.

They said 19.5 mph pushback between pint and xr, which honestly is ok when xr hits pushback at 17

7:05 gt is wobbling, i also realized similar wobble in previous GT video. I hope this is not the compromise of having a rounded tire.

It’s almost certainly partially because the tire profile is slightly rounder than the XR’s VEGA tire but it could also be due to Tyler having only just gotten on this thing and not being entirely adjusted to a new board feel, could have hit a small bump or patch of loose rock or a twig, who tf knows

When I first got my pint x I had tons of wobble even with the FF whisper I put on. Then I learned what makes these boards magic and I now have no issues. Every crevice, bump, root and slight incline is a slashable opportunity. Once I stopped always trying to level the board and learned to just let the wheel whip around every slightest little obstacle all my wobbles disappeared and the line possibilities became endless. Crazy how fun such small obstacles can be for that one wide ass tire.

Good to see Tyler's arm in better condition. That climb at 3:18 was wild too! I'm so stoked about being able to crush inclines and not nosedrag my poor XR up those anymore lmao. Cheers for the hype, been really needing some stoke these past few days. You guys got me pumped again for January (of Feb assuming international shipping and customs checks).

I am so stoked for the GT, and I may be in the minority here, but I really find myself longing for the wood aesthetic that the XR has. Maybe Onewheel will offer some wood footpads for the GT so we can recreate it? Hope so.

I love and hate the XR. I love it for the obvious reasons and hate it because motor-overrun is just a part of life at 260lbs. It takes very little for my motor to give up and just throw me forward. Hopefully the upgraded motor on the GT helps

Is there only one of these in existence....I'm kind of concerned after it was presented like you were ready to ship like the PintX and no where during the ordering was it stated that this was more of a "pre-order". I don't appreciate having to pay in full and upfront but did not want to lose my reservation. I'm like everyone and really excited for this board but definitely starting to feel more like a kickstarter concept than actually ready to go into production.. Many doubts for January shipping times.
