Hanging Pawns

I'll be showing you the games I played in the last few months and recording regularly from now on. Starting with a very bad, very embarrassing game I've played in the final round of the Sesvete Open against a Lower rated opponent.
It was a normal Reversed London against the Reti. Up to a point. My opponent chose an idea I'd never seen before and I was confused, played poorly, allowed a massive attack to happen, and should have lost by move 20. Please learn from my mistakes.

I think sometimes you overthink positions. Like you said he played Ne2 and you got confused. Play by principles. Either retreat your bishop, develop your dark square bishop, your other knight, castle. Moves you would anyway make.

At 11:22 you pin the pawn to the bishop so if pawn takes then queen takes bishop...? (Correct me if I'm wrong)

Some of them are on my patreon page. Just search for "opening" or specific opening name.

Tomic, I really appreciate your efforts but you need to find a new coach to break through the plateau.

I don't think the coach is the problem. Maybe he reached his chess ceiling. After all he's not really young to keep improving. He's 2000 at his 30s.

Qc8? My rating is about minus 3000, but even I saw that as a very bad move. Proves the point how easy it is to watch a game and not play it. Also, how many times did Ben say "Never play f6."? Not enough, apparently))

Never say never. I watched Ben play f6 in a game and then say "always play f6." LOL
