It depends on your home town store. I have a guitar store 5 minutes from my house. It's nice for strings but I drive an hour to other stores for equipment

So far this dude has played Clapton’s guitar, EVH’s guitar, Kirk’s guitar, Santana’s guitar, Jimmy Page’s guitar, and now, Yngwie’s guitar. He has literally reached the highest peak for guitar players. Now he has to play Steve Vai’s guitar.

Can confirm, what grace vintage is all time. It’s an experience. My wife who doesn’t play guitars or particularly love cars absolutely loved it, we were there for 4 hours, it was a blast.

My wife is from Miami originally - I’ve been to this place twice now, and it is truly special. There are some amazing axes (and rides) in there, and the staff are great.

Thanks for introducing me to Walt Grace Vintage in Miami! I visited them yesterday, saw some cool cars, and played an excellent ultra heavy aged '59 reissue Les Paul. Thanks to Sebastian for picking out the right Les Paul for me to take for a spin!

I subscribed the GUITAR SUPER SYSTEM and I have to say..... IT'S AWESOME! It helped me in music theory so much and i learned various techniques from it. I've tried Yousician too but that wasn't as helpfull as this is. The icing on the cake is Tyler making it all fun! Keep up the good work!!!

My dream guitar store is the one that has a guitar that is a phenomenal value and where I can get the guitar that I want, and not go broke. I do not care about walls of vintage or custom shop guitars. I also don't care about who owned what or who played this model, or whatever. I guess I'm saying that the greatest guitar stores in the world are the ones with amazing staff. Shout out to the manager at the Long & McQuade store in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Currently that's my favorite guitar store on earth.

This is my favorite store in the world. We go there every friday when we are in Miami when going to Zac the Baker. I have literally spent hours and hours there looking at the cars and guitars. Hours. It's amazing

Been to Walt Grace a few times because I am into Guitars and Cars. Have a Shelby Mustang and a Les Paul Traditional Honey Burst so this store is my thing. Plus I live 45 minutes away from it in Boca Raton, FL.

Wow, this comment really filled me with nostalgia. I grew up in the south bay area suburbs about 30 minutes away and my dad used to take me with him when he needed strings, picks, songbook or just because. Now about 13 years later I still remember that place fondly, and it is definitely worth a trip. Probably the most comforting guitar store in the area (at least that I remember).

If there's ever a specific rare, iconic or vintage guitar/gear you can't find. Take a road trip down the PCH & check out "Norman's Rare Guitars" in Tarzana on Ventura Blvd. If they don't already have it in the store, they got a guy who does. Blah,ha!! My favorite guitar store is Backbeat Music in Jonesboro AR. I bought my Fender Elite Stratocaster there, it's blue and beautiful and it sounds great. I got it used and it looks brand new. I love it and the people who work there are fabulous. Buy local folks.

I recommend mom and dads music store and the guitar haunt, both out of clarksville TN and owned by the same people, the only cool cars are in the parking lot, and i havent seen a Ferrari but all types of vintage guitars and amps, not too mention some inexpensive guitars that are fun all the way to vintage vox ac 50 cabs and old gretschs.

I've played Santana's prototype when my friend owned it in Muncie, IN about 12 years ago. He kept it in a glass coffee table he had made to display it. Funny how the guitar made it to a music store when he told me that PRS bought it back from him due to its historical significance.

The best guitar store I've visited so far is the Tom Lee in Tsim Sha Tsui HK, it's got all kinds of guitars except for gibsons and epis cuz they don't carry them over there (Parson's music do). They've got a whole 3/4 storey dedicated to electric guitars, and another 3/4 to acoustics, plus a few counters for merch and stuff.

This store is awesome and defintely want to go once before I die. LOL In my opinion I love my local shops, Hartville Music and Staff Music in Akron. Woodsy's is also great. Tone Shop Guitars in Texas did really really well finding me a vintage strat and handled the online order perfectly.

I think the PRS double neck 'cause it put PRS on the map and Cosmic Carlos Santana is IMHO one of the nicest, and most profound players in the history of the instrument. I remember seeing that red-ish PRS in the late 90s when Santana was playing "Smooth" with Rob Thomas and thinking "What is he playing... when did he start playing that beautiful and unrecognizable guitar?" So now I know the story, thanks Tyler and I live in Miami so although I bought my Squier Affinity SSS (shows I'm $199,999,777.00 away from being able to have bought it anyway) from a local shop in North Miami called "The Guitar Nook" which is pretty self explanatory but, my old go-to shop "Space Music" in North Miami Beach when I checked in with them first said "We don't do Fender anymore but, I'll give you a number to a guy who does" and the rest is history. I should have gone with my first instinct, a black HSS and instead got the SSS in "Quick Silver " but, I'm through kicking myself...sort of. The only one who doesn't like the sparkle silver finish is me but, I was burned out and didn't want to wait for a couple of weeks for them to order me a Sunburst and, I was trying to recreate the best playing and looking guitar I ever had. A Fender Squier Lead II in Sunburst Red with matching tortoise shell scratch plate... beautiful in every way . I'm used to this one now but, man I still miss the other one! Thanks Tyler, I've been here for 20 some odd years and never ventured into that particular shop. ✌️♥️🎸🎶🙏

My favorite guitar store is my bedroom. That is where MY guitars are. There are no annoying salesmen. There are no crackhead price tags hanging from them. There are vintage models, there are custom models I made myself, there are brand named models too. Really no need for me to go anywhere else. If there happens to be something I REALLY must have I will build it.

Regarding the Sennheiser mic, I think it might be user error. The audio sounds like it's the built in dslr mic and not a shotgun mic. There are 2 different cables that come with (if it's the me400) mic, one is for connecting to a cell phone or laptop, the other is for connecting to your dslr. As a former audio sound recordist for TV, my ears tell me the Sennheiser was not being used to record the audio. The sennheiser is also mono and the audio recorded sounds like stereo. I'd give that Sennheiser a second look and verify it is plugged in with the the right cable and use a pair of headphones to hear what it's getting. It has a headphone jack. I used a senn 416 for many years in the field as well as in my studio for voice over narration. They make a great product. Go back and try it again. Just my 2 cents.

In the late 90's I drove over 1,400 miles to the Hard Rock Cafe in Miami to see a Jimi Hendrix played Strat. When I arrived, I ran through the bar to the area where the guitar was enshrined, only to find Madonna's wedding dress from 1984 on display. I cried. The manager told me it was sent to a new museum in Seattle that some dude named Paul Allen was starting. I'm still furious after 24 years.

Here in Iowa most would say Guitar Center is the best store however there is sort of a hidden gem called Musicians Pro where the prices are insanely cheap
