Bro we all have our own styles especially when it comes to finger picking. I've heard bad players and pros and novices alike. In the end, it comes down to this. Do you enjoy what you're playing even if it's just for yourself? Being proficient is the goal. But being a maestro is icing on the cake. I play more of a classical style that I blend in with my Prog Rock. Jeff is great though.

I'm closing in on 70, am still known in some circles as a pretty good Electric Lead player, but I can't touch that finger-style stuff. Didn't know JD played, and I'm pleasantly surprised and pleased. Wonder if he's looking for an Electric Lead player ('cos those are rare in the LA area...).
