Convert your function into partial fraction and it will come out to be -1/2z + 1/6(z-2) + 1/3(z+1) and then expand

because we have written our function into partial fraction so if write 1/z-1 first and 1/z-2 second we get minus sign as a result our orginial function is not obtained
