An important technique used to determine how well a process meets a set of specification limits is called a process capability analysis. Sir please explain these question Unilateral tolerance on Geometrical Tolerances like Perpendicularity , Run out , Symmetrycity etc.. A Cpk of 1.33 signifies a process's ability to consistently produce items within specified limits. It's a measure of process capability. Calculated using process mean, standard deviation, and specification limits, Cpk quantifies if products are within 4/3 times the std. deviation from the nearest limit. A Cpk of 1.33 indicates reasonable capability, while higher values show better performance. Different industries have varying acceptable Cpk thresholds.
