It's very labour intensive, but what a great result! At first I thought it was a supersized halogen lamp. You sir have set the bar high for quality and ingenuity, I would have never thought about casting one from a lost Styrofoam method, very clever! Well done!!

도면를 기초로 목업 cnc... 주물 작업까지 모든작업하는 이들의 흠 없는 작업과정과 결과물이 생생합니다. 바이스 탐나네요.... 끊어지지 않는 목표지향과 결과가 현실에 도퇴되어 사양화되어 사라지지 않기를 바램합니다. 편의적 편향없이 너무나 집중된 포크스가 인상깊습니다. 저도 한손 거들고 싶을 정도로요....

같은 형태로 많이 만들려면 스티로폼 형틀을 여러 개 만들어서 주철을 붓나요??

양산에 들어가면 스티로폼 형틀을 성형하는 금형을 만들어 맨홀 뚜껑을 만들듯이 작업하게 됩니다. ^^

@@workmanship 다리가 4개인 것은 바닥이 수평이지 않을 시 수평잡기가 쉽지 않습니다. 다리는 3개로 만드는 게 사용하기가 쉽고 장작 하중이나 튼튼함을 유지하려면 굵기만 키우면 더 좋은 작품이 될 거 같습니다.
