The shop owners sell these tires for a healthy profit while the workers have zero health and safety concerns from their rich masters. If someone gets hurt... there is another disposable body lined up and ready to work for a meal. I guess this is now acceptable but it is not good. I do not think these workers know exactly how much money they are making their masters.

3:40 если бы они поставили этот станок ниже уровня пола то рабочему было бы легче делать свою работу. он бы просто скидывал отходы в приёмник. а транспортёр поднимал бы отходы на верх.

процесс отлажен на минимальном уровне. Досыпать еще сырья в готовое? Без проблем. Выдержать температуру время? Все на глаз. Да цена будет минимальной, но и качество на таком же уровне.

The problem is govt not supporting local industry. Proper channel to reach customer is poor. Brokers benefit alot than manufacturer. These are Pakistan s. I wish I can get connected we plan to start same factory in my village in Africa, where motorcycle is a means of transport.

You are doing a good job, and you have well experienced employees, but your employee are at at risk with rubber dust. Rubber dust is very dangerous for health. 1. To safe your employees give them breathing masks to cover their noises and mouth everyday. Even a piece of cloth to cover nose and mouth will help. 2. Control the dust. You need filter fans that take out dust from working areas. 3. Clean your machines and warehouse regularly.

काम तो सही कर रहे हो । लेकिन जो टायर बना रहे हो, वो ज्यादा मजबूत नहीं है क्यूं की उनके अंदर कोई तार नहीं है वो सामान का वजन बह सके दीर्घ समय तक । लेकिन वो टायर तो बिल्कुल ट्यूब जैसा । ज्यादा दिन नहीं लगेगा फट जाएगा और टायर पिघल जाएगा गर्मी और वजन के वजह से । कृपया उसके अंदर कोई तार या अन्य सामान डालिए ताकि वो ज्यादा वजन बह सके और गर्मी के वजह से फटेना। धन्यवाद👍

Most of these tires may not need wires and can withstand all forces. This is true basing on the raw materials used. For example for us in Uganda we mix mosquito nets, floor carpets made from pvc and some spongy but hard Chinese shoes to make a good long lasting wheelbarrow tire. It can last for 5 to 10 years

Interessante esse processo de produção, mas o que me incomoda é a total falta de segurança no trabalho, com certeza a saúde desses trabalhadores estarão muito prejudicadas daqui a alguns anos depois de respirar tanta poeira de borracha e exposição a ambiente insalubre!!

Here in the United States.... that person would be making a minimum of 23 to 28 dollars an hour depending on the state and current political assignment of such community. Not to mention that there would be a 99% safe working environment provided with Healthcare. We value life here and pay very well. Being scared has nothing to do with it but being stupid definitely does. You asked if he was scared. I ask are you stupid? Understand? Probably not but it's okay.

So much flammable dust and partials floating around. Hate to be there if a fire starts. They'd never be able to put it out. That place would go up so quickly I'm not sure how many would get out alive, yet alone without being burnt. Particularly as I didn't see one fire extinguisher or any means of fire control.

SMH, They don’t even have the brains to put a box or bag under the mixer. Instead it’s emptied onto the floor….then shovelled into a box - although most of it ends up all over the place. God knows what their homes must look like!
