La seule chose que Demidov á besoin de s'ameliorer est de bouger ses pieds pendant qu'il dejoue les joueurs opposé au lieu d'une position statique au pieds large comme qu'il fait maintenant. Adam Nicholas vas l'aider surement sur cette aspect de son jeu. Il vas devenir un TRES bon joueur.

@@shoKz2427 The truth is that Demidov's superMAX-ceiling is something in the range of Malkin and beyond but we've got to be reasonable here so I am always comparing his ceiling to a Mogilny or Kovalev. Demidov has great hands, and they're perhaps the 2nd best hands of the 2024 draft behind Catton. Demidov (Russia) will play with Slaf (Slovakia), both as wingers like Kovalev (Russia) and Jagr (Czech) played together as wingers. Kovalev had great hands too, that's why I made the comparison; the nationalities and duos. Demidov's explosion and acceleration is a lot better than Kovalev's. Demidov doesn't have Pavel Bure-speed, sure but he will skate as fast or faster than Datsyuk. So it's not Pavel Bure speed or Kovalev speed, it's in between like Pavel Datsyuk speed. Like Paul Kariya, Demidov plays at a faster pace and the balance between his playmaking and shooting abilities are very similar to Mogilny's. That means the Habs need to surround Demidov with the right players. Look at what 31yo Mogilny did in 2000-01 with the Devils, on the same line as 24yo Elias and 23yo Sykora. Demidov is going to be that type of player or better. Mogilny is the low end of his ceiling and Malkin is the high end. You put Demidov and Slaf with RHD center who is just as good as them and you will get something like that 2000-01 EliasMogilny line or better. The reasonable take is that Demidov is going to have the same kind of progression or better than Mogilny's. The optimist take is that he has a Pavel Bure kind of start and wins the Calder. I think by year 4, Demidov could be as good as Fedorov was in his 4th year (1993-94) when he won the Hart. If you put Demidov with a "Selanne" meaning a fast-skating shooter who is skilled and can pass (like Bedard), Demidov will score a little less than the shooter but almost just as much and will have just as much or more assists depending on the gap between the two players, which there wasn't really one between Selanne and Kariya. Slaf is more of a Jagr than a Selanne or a Palffy though. The difference is that Slaf doesn't have any player to model his game with like Jagr had Lemieux's game to model. Jagr absorbed Mario's style and made the Jagr style. Mogilny absorbed some of Turgeon, Hawerchuk, Andreychuk and Lafontaine and created the Mogilny style and etc... That is why youngster Forsberg was as complete as Sakic in his prime. He modeled his game after Sakic and created the Peter Forsberg style. Caufield should study Brett Hull's game just like Slaf should study Jagr's game. Demidov should study Bure, Fedorov, Mogilny, Dastyuk and Malkin's game. Suzuki is like an Adam Oates. In 3-5 years Slaf, Caufield, Demidov and even Dach will outscore Suzuki. Right now, Suz-Oates will play with Hull-Caufield and Slaf-Elias. Oh and Demidov will not play 1 game out of 4 games like Kovalev. The effort will be there. He will be very happy to play with the Habs. Him and Slaf together are going to make some damage!
