On the Other Options tab, what should the White & Color Relation be set to for DTF printing? Should the Media Source be set to "ROLL" if you are using the roll of DTF film. If the Ink setting default still 68% in Pro RIP vs 2.4.0 ?

How do you remove the white ink from the image and have it only use to the color part of the image

What if you open the advanced options and you don’t see any resolution settings or “w1 w2” under a3 dtf 1800?

It seems that the white ink layer is too thin, please try increasing the white ink volume in the RIP software. If the problem remains, please send video to afterservice@procolored.com, our engineers will help you out.

Every time I import an image to Pro RIP (V2.4), the image looks very low quality/pixelated. The images themselves are large enough. Is there anything in the settings that may need adjusting?

I just reset the ink pad counter (and installed the latest drivers) but now my prints are much too light in color. I reinstalled ProRip and the printer software. Any guesses what might have gone wrong?

Please try raising the "maximum ink" in the ink setting when you RIP the image. Please send a video to afterservice@procolored.com, our technical staff will help you

At the right edge of the RIP software, there is W1 and W2, delete them (You want to add them back later)
