Like I told another reactor, I think this is her hunting, finding a target and prepares her landscape for him, scaring him crapless with snakes and her reveal with the red behind her, then feeding at the part she sings stupid as the white orb collapses and her lyrics say follow me. She’s then happily fed at the scary laughter and burns the room down to hide her kill as the rest of the city awakens. Also rumor is the video was darker and they had to tone it down.

She screws with her victims senses of what is real and what isn't makes sense that her concept video would also portray that about her. Evelynn is a character that seduces her victims to the shadows and satisfies herself with their pain and suffering so that's why the music gives a vibe of a different world (her world)

Love Villain its so good. This is a bit of a weird recommendation and isn't at all K-Pop but you should take a look at The Hu, its a Mongolian group. I'd recommend Wolf Totem or the song they did for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, both are really cool

Great breakdown. Earned a sub from me. Would love to see you react to more league vids if you get the chance. 1 that majority goes un-suggested is "As We Fall." It is a really good song, but the video tells a story with such depth that even people who don't know the lore behind it understand what happens. Beautiful imagery in it too. It definitely is not league's best vid, but is amazing from a story telling standpoint. If you want brethtakingly good animation, try "true damage." Most of the KDA songs are amazing sound-wise. "Awaken" is an amazing example of how a song can be used as an enhancer to movie-like scenes, since the video shows 3 stories that all take place within the span of 1 song.
