Excited to see the Focus Position Meter and Focus Assist Indicator in the HXC-FZ90, looks like a powerful feature. From what I understand, it acts as a visual aid for adjusting focus on the fly. The indicator's swing is used as a guide to determine the focus point and allows markers to be placed for quick and accurate changes in focus position. This could be a real game-changer, especially for capturing shots that require complex focus pulls or shifting focus in dynamic scenes. Can't wait to see how this performs in real-world scenarios!

This is a broadcast camera while the fx6 is a cinema camera.

FX6 is a full frame cine camera, this is a 2/3" sensor (less than 1") with 3 layers for broadcast. FX6 image quality is superior, but this one is a broadcast beast for traditional TV channels.

@@csamd9049 You can't be serious? FX6 hit the sealing of image quality, there is no way to go above when it comes to 4K except artistic coloring, vintage lenses, etc.

No one who is buying this kind of camera needs 8k, its not a cinema camera and anymore than 4k would clog up a workflow in a standard environment. There would probably only be around 2 dozen companies around the world who would rlly want an 8k equivalent of this exact one.

What would you need an 8k camera for personally? Asking not to be combative but genuinely curious. Working in commercial and trailer work we ever only really work with 1080p files and at most 4k

Do you personally need an 8K60 studio/broadcast camera? The infrastructure we have right now can bare even bring Full HD content to most people. Yeah 4k if you lucky.

HI , THRE HAVE BEEN REPORTS ABOUT VIDEOS SHOT WITH NEW SONY ALPHA CAMERAS CAUSING MORE EYE STRAIN. ANY SIMILAR EXPERIENCE REGARDING THIS? ALSO MANY CONTENT CREATORS USING NEW FULL FRAME SONY CAMERAS ARE GETTING PUFFY AND SWOLLEN EYES DUE TO THE EXCESS STRAIN. HOW IS YOUR EXPERIENCE?

cameras sensors receive the light is not the other way around. they don´t give light to the eye of the user. the only thing that could do that are bright led/lcd screens or monitors

hi I heard roumers abought a camera named "Sony a6700" if tis is true just make it like the a6600 but with a better software and a flashlight and last but not least a better Mp sensor like a 48mp sensor hopefully you will be able o read my comment

Dear Sony, please do not use stock footage in your video promoting a camera, or at least put a note to clarify it is not shot by the camera. 0:36 is a stock footage that is definitely not taken by the new HXC-FZ90. I am a video editor and I have seem this footage for many times. Sorry to say, this act is not professional, and it took away my trust.
