Whenever i give launch business after filling everything, it says: "Please note that there is an existing seller account registered with the same details. As per Amazon's policy, sellers are not allowed to create multiple accounts. Please contact Seller Support for more information. " Very honestly there is no such accounts. How can i solve this issues sister? I even opened 2 cases with amazon. But they were useless. I am getting calls for training purpose. But this problem remains

Hello mam. I have recently created a seller account and applied for grin exemption. As per my chat with Amazon executive he said that I need to fill only one product detail under one category. So I applied and got exemption under brand name generic. Now I have different products like unstitched suits made of silk , cotton etc with different designs. So how can I upload the inventory details through flat file. Pls guide.

You have applied for generic brand. name you can upload different type of item in that category
