When I tell people what time I start my day, they are always SO shocked. Despite always considering myself to be more of a morning person, this 4:30am wake up time is something that I chose to work up to once I realized that I always feel so much more present and grounded throughout the day when I start it off in a certain way.
Waking up at 4:30am allows me the time I need to pour into my own cup through journaling, meditation, working out, and eating well. This always leaves me feeling like my best self, which I absolutely need to be in order to be fully present with the patients and clients I work with on a daily basis.
Never underestimate the power of a strong and solid morning, daily, or evening routine. It's in these daily habits that we begin paving the road towards the ideal versions of ourselves.
