@@Natalia_Belen I’m sorry that you’re going through this ❤️🩹 Feeling lost oftentimes turns out to be growing pains for something greater coming into your life. Is there anything you find a lot of joy in that you haven’t been able to do much of lately? I’ve found that creating more joyful moments in life really helps get the energy moving whenever I am feeling stuck.

Perfect timing for this to come up on my recommendations. I just started tapering down on my antidepressant last night. Having a lot of anxiety about it but this is a great reminder that our bodies are so smart and powerful and will heal themselves if let them. Looking forward to more videos from you.🌷

It is completely normal to feel some anxiety when you first begin tapering off and although you're feeling anxious about it, I just have to say - I am so excited for you!! It takes a lot of courage to make that leap but it is SO worth it in the end. If you need someone to bounce any ideas off of, I'm here 🤍

I’m struggling with mental health to i refuse to take pills to be normal

I’d recommend finding an acupuncturist and/or Chinese herbalist in your area. Both of these have been huge in my own journey! An ND might be able to recommend some supplements that can help bring about more balance as well, without any pharmaceuticals. Having certain go-to’s for those particularly hard days can also be really helpful. I like going down to the river. Water is very grounding and so is any time spent outside. But it could just be a practice or activity that is soothing to your system. I’m sorry you’re going through this right now and I completely understand not wanting to take any pills. Mental health can be really hard to navigate at the beginning but it is possible!

@@drlindalopez thanks for the advise I’ll look into it. Yeah mental health is hard my refusal to take any medications has made it worse so I need to find something that makes me better.

@@Sydneyfc77 I would definitely start with Ashwagandha if you haven't already. In terms of Chinese formulas - Chai Hu Jia Long Gu Mu Li Tang is phenomenal. I'm not sure what state you are in and what the regulations are like there in terms of prescribing, but definitely worth looking into!

Ahh amazing!! Getting started seems to be the hardest part. Once you overcome that voice in your head and realize you *can*, it's so much easier to get into a rhythm. It's all about enjoying the process and having fun with it. Love that you have chosen to use YT as a platform to document your life and journey. As someone who loves looking back through all of my old journals, I can only imagine what an incredible thing it will be to look back on <3

All of these resonate 100%! The one I often find the hardest is allowing myself to become vulnerable and face the most difficult parts of myself in order to continue on my healing journey. Messy is uncomfortable, but the only way to clear the path and continue to grow.

This one is really hard for me too! But it gets easier with practice. So well said - The only way to clear the path is by going through 💓
