3 жыл бұрын🦷🧠 WAKE UP!!! It’s time for a productive day in the life! Today, I’ll be taking you along with me as I spend my day studying and preparing for my fourth dental school exam. This exam is going to be MASSIVE, and my prep for it started well before today and will continue until minutes before I sit down to take it. In this video, you will see how I study, what I eat, where I go to school, my oral care routine, and a whole lot more that you will hopefully enjoy! This is a good one!

This is how productive I aspire to be! I am going to be a freshman in college this year and I want to go to dental school to become a dentist as well! This video alone helps motivate me to do the best I can during these 4 years in college.

I filmed it this Tuesday and spent the evenings this week editing! Graphics took a while and then did audio and color correction which took time. Very worth it though! I appreciate the kind comments, Jack, thank you my man!

So that desk, though! I NEED one!!! Matter of fact, what’s your computer and iPad set up? I like the split screen, less distractions than having an iPad, laptop, phone, and tv for all my notes and helpful school videos. Great video!! Thanks!!

Thanks for the comment!! The whole setup has worked great for me, and I have a few videos on my channel about my desk and my studio setup! I love using my MacBook with the external monitor and keeping pretty much everything there. If I use my iPad, I use it for taking notes while I study my Anki cards. Once my dental school goes back to in-person lectures (if ever), I'll use my iPad to take notes in lectures. Hopefully that answers your questions!

Greetings!! And congratulations on being in dental school that is awesome! We do everything online! I don’t have a single textbook which is wild to me! It is definitely a very modern style of learning that’s for sure!

Also, what you call waxing, we call it carving here and we have a very basic carver, the only instrument that we're allowed to use to do it and our professors mostly reject our carvings🙄

@@sonakshisingh4032 it’s a really tough thing to learn. I struggled a lot in the beginning for sure. Thankfully we have a few instruments we can use in order to carve the wax down but it’s still tough. And yes haha teachers are always very critical of the lab work we do it’s just part of it I think!

I'm assuming you're referring to waxing! We create most of the teeth in the mouth in wax in our first semester of D1 year! It is the classic Bunsen burner and waxing instrument setup to create these teeth!

Thank you SO much for reaching out my friend!! Unfortunately with school, KZfaq, my job with Bootcamp, and multiple video projects on campus, I simply don’t have the free time right now! I will advise you, however, to take your personal statement to some of your teachers who you know and trust! If you have an English teacher or science teacher that you have a good relationship with, let them take a look at it and use their feedback! I’m so sorry I can’t help at this point! I’m just too swamped! Best of luck my friend!

@@stephenraydentist that's so awesome bro. you might be benefited from a DAT study tip as soon as you might solve or get reached out by students when there are any problems. I am personally struggling with studying for the DAT, because of this pandemic and being stuck at home or work. Would love to hear some advice for studying the DAT. However, I do appreciate you taking the time making these videos and replying to comments. thank you
