Enjoyed your video... I really love that you and Josh do devotion with the kids every morning. I wish now that I would have done better with my kids when they were small. Again enjoyed your video. U are never boring just real down to earth. You have 4 children luje I did and 3 girls and 1 boy. I miss them at that age. We just lost our son to complications from covid. He was 50 but in my eyes he was still alittle boy. Time goes by do fast so enjoy every minute you have with them. Thanks again for the videos

I just watched this while I was getting ready, doing my make up, and you did your hair right when I was ready to do mine, so I did your hair style, I'm actually a hair stylist..no longer working, but I had to do this twice yours looks better haha but it came our really pretty the second time, hot day today here as well. Love this video! When you took the blanket outside I expected you to stare at the sky and maybe do some slow yoga like most videos I see then the music starts and your going for it and I’m all “you go girl!!!” Very inspiring to try to get up and productive a bit earlier.

Highly encourage every family to have family time in *mornings* WITH dad (looking at u dads) Just read the Word thru, year in n year out, no schedule. And SING! Many hslers I know doing this or have when kids were at home, did it before Brkfst when all smalls are still snuggly/just waking up, baby is nursing.

This Video was Encouraging Steph. I was curious what time you go to bed? I need to get up early on a regular basis. I am praying to get to bed earlier on a regular basis. Most mornings I am having morning devotional time. Taking care of the Animals and pulling weeds. Doesn’t allow time for me to workout. Seems to be so many things to try to get done in the morning, before it gets Hot here in Southern Oregon.

It takes a ton of discipline for me, but it feels so good to get it done in the mornings! We aim to get to bed at 9 but it’s often closer to 10.

@@thisgoldenhour I do get a good walk in the Morning or the Evening. Sometimes with My Husband😇 10:00, seems to be the earliest I get to bed. If the puppies weren’t waking me up during the night (as of now) I think 🤔 I could get up at 5:00am when my Husband gets up for work. What time does your husband get up to attend to things on the Farm. I enjoy seeing all your little children. Our 4 Children are 22,20,16&almost 15. I so miss when they were Little! Seems like not very long ago! Even at almost 47, I think about having more Children. That definitely would something the Lord would have to work out! I have kinda of a lengthy testimony, in regards to that.

It might depend on the individual. I have practiced intermittent fasting for nearly 4 years and feel the best I have ever ever felt. I have lost a substantial amount of weight and feel fantastic m. All things womanly have regulated and my skin and hair are much better. There is a process to it. I will never not fast now. It has become as easy as breathing. I have found so very many amazing benefits to it.

If I have to get up before 7:30am I lose my evening (by having to go to bed) No thanks My kids stay up later (9pm), sleep later (7:30-8) and I get to be not utterly exhausted (still very tired - need more sleep than they do 🙄)
