babes as a fellow inflamed back suffer, doing yoga every night (or morning, or both lol) has done wonders! Even just 10 or 5 mins a day really does help so so much for sleep, inflammation, and pain overall. Ive had chronic pain for 5 years now and its helped me so much through times when my back hurts like this!

Usually weddings in Italy are either in Sicily or Positano/Capri but I highly recommend you visit Rome as well. Either ways, Italy is all beautiful you won't be disappointed (maybe just the weather is being a little weird not springy at all :/)

Yes, to longer vlogs! Also, can relate so hard on the sleep sitch. I only got 4 hours of sleep the other day. My brain wouldn’t shut off and my anxiety was so high, I had to call out sick for work. It’s the worst!

I just got back from Italy! You definitely want to go to the Cathedrals they are gorgeous! Also tourists don't really go to San Marino, and they are missing out! The views there are insane so I definitely recommend finding time in your schedule to go there! Have fun in italy!❤
