Hello with the amount of money you put into moving fees, paying high rent and so forth, have you ever consider just purchasing a home? You will have a mortgage but at least you investing the money towards your home. And it will be yours.

For any back related issues, I can definitely recommend pilates - either mat or reformer. Helps to strengthen core muscles and so help to support the back. Also great for posture!

You and James have such a great effortless humor lol I loved the grocery store part and as a Dominican with a Puerto rican fiance I loved hearing the salsa and bachata since it felt like we go to the same grocery store 🥰 but then also the ominous audio at the end "entering hell or the gym"...absolutely dying at that 😂

So you mentioned back pain... I believe this happens as you age sadly. as I also suffer from back pain. That and today's hussle heavily wants more people at desks and not up and walking around. but we live in a capitalist sociality so I don't know if I see it changing anytime soon Kudos to you for trying to work in exercise into your lifestyle.
