hello friends ~~ this is a very relaxed & wintery vlog!! just some days from the last week or so, going to try and film more consistently this week (we shall see....) I go to the gym, share my daily outfits, do lots of work + go on a few lovely walks 🌱 this is absolutely my favourite time of year, I love being cosy and wearing lots of layers, waking up and going out to breath the ✨ crisp winter air ❄️ It's v easy to feel sad in the winter, so pls make sure you look after yourselves 🤍 ~ Take lots of breaks + do your favourite things + spend time with your loved ones!! Today was quite overwhelming and something just happened today, and I feel quite detached with myself but just seeing you and hearing you- being you- just touch something in my soul and I feel so at home and at peace with this video and your vibes. This video leads something to spark in me, I don't totally yet know what it is, but I am inspired by how you try your best to live life. I think sometimes I always rush myself of becoming/rebuilding myself that I forgot to be patient, and just give up with opportunities and chance of fostering a new pathway of life. Thank you Leah for giving your light and darkness (what I mean are those human emotions that you are so honest speaking up such as pain, anxiety, and feeling of lost), those make me feel understood and at peace with life and myself. I think it's definitely a shock the first time you see yourself from an outside perspective, which I am pretty much used to because of making videos.. but I hadn't ever filmed myself working out before, and the way I looked was different to what I had imaged in my head 😭 lmaoooo

Idk what happened, but I am glad (: I have been on the hunt for the perfect Japanese podcast, most of them are simply for listening (I think if you want a teaching one, you need an audiobook instead). I like listening to 'Learn Japanese with Noriko', and I think she has her own website & KZfaq channel too 🌸 Daily listening is a good practice to have (:

Thank you Poppy!! 🥹🫶🏻 I'm really happy the videos are improving hehe, I feel like I was in a stagnant place for a really long time, but I'm now *crawling* out of the depths of it lol 🥲🌱 Not gonna lie... vlogging outside in Wales in really easy, because there's literally nobody around. I'm literally in the middle of nowhere.. In Liverpool, it was much more difficult because people were always nearby 😭 My advice: just do it, you'll never see them again anyway, plus it is good exposure therapy for other parts of life hehe

Hi Anita (?), I'm sorry to hear you're going through a breakup ): It's completely understandable to feel down, even if you were the one who broke things off. I actually can't say I've ever experienced one myself, so I don't really have much wisdom to share here. All I can say is: let yourself feel everything, don't try and suppress any emotions or move on from how you're feeling so fast. It's okay to be sad for a while, to feel a bit lost, since a big part of your life has changed. Change is hard, but sometimes for the best (: Sending you lots of love ~~ 🩷🩷✨🌱

35g oats + 15g protein powder + 1/4 tsp cinnamon + pinch salt + 1tsp baking powder blend 1 banana + 1 egg blend mix together put in dish + a spoon of nut butter in the middle top with 50g blueberries bake at 160 for 16 mins!

i wasn't for the first two years, and then started making money on KZfaq in my third year (: Lots of students tend to work in cafes as baristas because its a fun environment and flexible hours ~ or in restaurants etc ! A lot of unis have student jobs on campus too
