Prof. Joe Goldblatt, CSEP, is Professor of the International Centre for Planned Events at Queen Margaret University, and is a visiting Professor at HTMi. He is an eminent author of more than 20 books on Events Management, and in this interview talks with HTMi Events and Training Manager, Mr. Anthony Lack, about what is involved in events management in today's Hospitality Industry and the challenges to be faced.
