As a professional storyboard artist for more than a decade, I found that CSP, especially the EX version is probably the best universal drawing software on the market. And reagrding the storyboarding, I really hope that developers will add a few more things in the future, like the beter control of the frame duration for an example. And a few more things of course... Great video guys, I really enjoyed watching it.

Why not use the “comic” workflow instead of folders, that way cap organizes itself all the pages, and it’s easy to add new ones. Also possible to use the template, so you set it up once.

Well, i checked out the comic worflow for storyboards, and my PC can't handle it anyway ahahah. For some reason the comics-mode really makes my computer laggy. But on the other hand i found out that if you know how to set up auto-actions, you can automate all that layer stuff they show in that video with just a single button press, which is pretty nice too

Great work guys! Clipstudio is the way to go! I have been using it for years and funny enough I have been storyboarding with the Japanese E-konte style as well on it. Love to see that more people are using this method! Keep up the great work you are doing !

I like using webcomic template tweaked for storyboards TBH. I also found it easier to do one massive shot and then cutting it up rather than multiple 'cuts'

I know the vertical Storyboard is used a lot in anime but how often do you get to use it for western productions? I heard that they mostly use a horizontal format but maybe they changed IDK.

hello i need some advice i have an idea for a short animation however im not the best at drawing and there are times where is hard for me to undertstand what happening in my drawings i mean i have the idea clearly in my head but when i tried making the storyboard it doesnt look like i picture it in my head
