Here is another logo Designing tutorial, the first thing we did here is , dividing the the design into small pieces. Three rectangular strips are revolved over an imaginary calender. Each part is made independently, and finally combined at the end. We converted the rectangular strip into symbol, mapped it over the cylinder, expand it to object form and also applied the gradient color.
we have also used Reflect tool to reflect the surface into horizontal or vertical position. With the help of reflect tool, we have create the symmetry of the strip. Finally we got our desired output.

Best teaching is when you act as if the student does not know anything- your logos are good, but few can understand and learn each of the simple steps. Please slow down: your speech, and the explanation. Nice logo... tx.

Incredibly amazing! Thanks for sharing. However, oddly when adding the 3rd ribbon @ 5:53 I can't get the 3rd ribbon to allow for the 3 white spaces in between ribbons...sizing or something must be off from the beginning...Thanks!

hey dude.. thanks for the videos. I have seen them all and also subscribe to your channel. Here is a suggestion. Not all users would know illustrator as you do. Thats the reason they land here on ur videos so that they can learn new stuff. So be a little slow on tutoring. I know you are trying to keep the video length to less than 15 mins or so.. but then you are rushing too much. A bit slower could help. Also, the little squares that you make for picking colours, thats an excellent idea on choosing and having the colours set handy while doing the actual design. You better put up a video on how to get those squares ready before starting design as an Illustrator Tips and Tricks thing, that will sure help a lot users knowing and doing things easy way as you do.

Saud Alderaan to get a proper color pallet for your logo, it is very important to know about the different varieties of logos. Different color show different expressions and this helps in developing an interesting logo. First sort out all the colors which relate your logo. then make a pallet for it. it is never Guaranteed that you get a proper color tone at the first half. so it your sense of choice of color, that bring out the final output.Thanks for your Curiosity

Saud Alderaan its easy man, just make a rectangle shape beside your art board, then copy them as to how many colors you like so 1 rectangle one color, if you find the right color put it to the one rectangle you just made by using color picker. then make another one. just like that.

+Susant Shrestha If you already have the colour pallet for your design, then pick the colour with eyedropper while pressing Shift & Alt key on you keyboard. Then adjust with the gradient tool.

+Susant Shrestha My guess is that your document colours are set to grayscale. Go to the colour panel, click the little down-arrow in the top right corner, and change there to CMYK.

this design does not only belong to him, he just made tutorial about it, this design can belong to someone else. And they are the ones that you need to ask, which is almost impossible to find on the web. Until the claim the copyright against you. You should use an original design, and never use a very popular design, because alot of people will be using it already. By the way What sort of logo do you need?

the squares were just from the rectangle tool and filled with a gradient before hand for the tutorials sake
