Chris' if you put 5 ltr of ATF in With your diesel it will clean your DPF and CAT as your running, I got this from a guy that buys and runs big machines, he said if they start smoking put that in and it cleans them out and stops the smoke, 👍

In Canada I have a pickup with a 6.6 litre V8 diesel, it only uses DEF when it is running, the DPF regens at 42 grams of soot or after I have driven over a set amount of KMs. There is nothing on the truck to keep the DPF cool, but I do have a diffuser on the tailpipe.

You may find the problem returns quickly, cleaning will remove soot, but it won't remove the rock hard ash which eventually clogs up the fine tubes in the filter.

These dpf filters keep blocking as the manufacturers know they will block and cause untold problems for companies to waste money on poor designs, leaving a company out of pocket

Mate you can clean it on the van put your fluid in the larger pipe on the pdf (pressure pipe Could be little late now Regards Rob

Check the out side air temp sensor in the drivers side mirror if it’s faulty it will not regenerate

Get onto Southwell tuning mate, and get it all mapped out

Yeah!!Chris the DPF money maker everytime you open the filler whether £20 or £100 it Regesters and clocks the milage up thing is it don't do "S"$£"t" for your pockit .

Washing up liquid and water in a spray bottle will do the trick Chris I have always just undone the air intake pipe and sprayed it in with the engine running warm, emptied bottle put pipe back on, then blitzed it down motorway a junction and come back a whole different motor

I have never had any emission problems dpf egr etc entire fuel system including the turbo and fuel pump. Quality fuel and Archoil AR6400D ( diesel ) AR6400P ( Petrol ) been using it donkeys years.

DPF and EGR valve devils invented. I have lost count of how many I have done now. Peugeot car's HDI I have refilled and done static regen on them. Also changing pressure sensors on them. I have even cleaned one with Mr Mussel drain cleaner 😂😂😂. You be surprised EGR Valve Get it off fire a good bit of Mr Mussel or brake cleaner in it make sure its nice clean wack it all back on good for another 100tho 😂. Or Go down the better root map it out.

I wouldn't worry about kidney or liver problems,, I hear you only drink fosters lol 😅

If you have to clean the soot out by running the engine to clear it out of the exhaust what's the use of putting a filter in to begin with.

Milky tea is best. Get yourself an inversion table. gave me a lot of relief. Good for other back problems, too. Gives you a lovely stretch No more than two minutes at a time. . They are quite cheap on ebay. And fold up. store under a lot of beds. But follow the instructions. and make sure somebody is there at least One person present with you. the first few times you use it. I would hate to see you stranded upside down. I know one car mechanic who uses his car ramps and ties his feet to it and pulls himself up and hang. there. He swears he gets back relief whenever he has any back rouble.

your dpf is like that because you are only doing short trips to regen your dpf you go into 2-3 gear and sit at around 3000 rpm for 10-15 mins it will then burn all the soot/carbon out of the DPF.
