I've used similar puncture goo on my trailers, just remember to tell the tyre fitter that it's installed, they don't appreciate pulling the valve core out, then end up looking like they've been to a Kermit the frog themed bukkake party !

All the inner ring of bolts were sheared off on those rotor seals Chris. That inner ring should be bolted to the rotor

Hey Chris. Check the earth lead on the battery they are very common for burning out. If you take it off you will see its either black or the inside if the lead will be broken. You can bypass it by just putting a normal ring terminal on it this will stop the battery getting a full charge rate. Used to maintain a fleet of 15,16 plate ivecos and replaced loads of these earth leads and terminals. Keep up the good struggle chris! 🤘

Do they have a fecking big electro-magnet above the belt to separate the steel before it goes into the shredder? There is also something called an Eddy Current Separator which can be used to separate Aluminium and maybe stainless with stainless being non-magnetic. Not cheap but a very clever bit of kit. With the flat tyres try using tyre plug inserts, they are applied from the outside so no faffing around taking the tyre off the rim. I bought some for my dirtbike but recently fixed a nearly new Michelin tyre on my car with them, it had 2 screws through it and one was at an angle so traditional tyre repair plugs from the inside wouldn't work. Does that recycling plant have a proper maintenance regime beyond greasing etc, it looks like the kind of place that would benefit from a maintenance management system and condition monitoring etc. Loving the content, Archie appears to be a proper chip off the old block 👍.
