Can the head (0:07) be removed for barebulb? Don't want to put that dome on because one will be losing 2.5 f-stops.

Unfortunately, the dome on the A1X is non-removable.

Can the one I use on my Nikon be used on the Sony 6400??

While the Nikon version of the A1X could potentially be used on a Sony A6400 , the shoe mount would not line up as well, causing inconsistency in triggering and the use of manual power only.

An Air Remote he says and holds up a Connect instead 😂. The A1X does not come in a kit with a Air Remote but a Connect which has limited functionality unless you use the accompanying phone app that's currently only available on Apple devices.
