TypeScript is my favorite language. I love to mix object-orientated with functional programming and can do that with TypeScript, the amount of coding strategies possible is what makes it such a powerful and lovely language. It's just so easy to develop with, but it has the important type safety one finds in C# and Java for writing durable and testable code.

You're right about everything in the first two tiers, but C++ should be promoted to A tier or S tier, C# and R should be promoted to B tier.

cpp should be a tier at leasr because he can build anything, game engines, signal processing, virtualbox, gui. And c is the only language that could drive hardware. most drivers are written in c and asm

In terms of language features, Kotlin is way better than the other languages you put in the A level.

What does Kotlin do better than Javascript? All I have seen in Kotlin articles are comparisons to Java 1.8. What does Kotlin brings that other languages don't have. Coroutines? C# has had them for years before Kotlin was released. Extension functions? Again, C# has had those for years. Kotlin is a pretty neat language when compared to Java. It really doesn't offer anything special to non Java developers.

I like Dart and I like C#. To put Dart above C# because it has good .first() and .last() doesn’t make any sense. C# Linq features are at least as powerful as Dart’s collection methods.
